Our firm is owned and managed by Bimal Shah a Certified General Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (USA) and Chartered Accountant (India). His academic qualifications also include Master of Commerce, Bachelor of Law and Masters Diploma in Computer Software Applications.

Bimal Shah has over twenty five years of experience in the finance and accounting field. His background includes international and Canadian experience with both the private and public sectors. He has worked at a senior level in several corporations, public practice firms and government ministries. Among his broad experience, he has managed various government audits such as GST, PST and corporate tax. In the area of taxation, his experience includes planning and preparation of corporate, individual and non-resident individual tax returns. Other services include preparation of business plans and projections, arranging financing for businesses.

Also teaching is an important component of his career. Bimal has designed and presented seminars overseas to executives and managers of multinational companies and financial institutions.
